For technical support on a live integration, the same form works - tag it as dashboard or wallet support and we will treat it as ops-priority.

WHAT TO EMAIL ABOUT

Use the channel that fits the question.

We are a small team based in Gurugram, India, working with customers across the US, Europe, and Asia. We are not 24/7 - we say so openly because fake support hours waste your time and ours. We are responsive: most email replies land within one business day during our working week, and urgent integration issues get same-day attention.

  • General inquiry - questions about the platform, pricing, or roadmap.
  • Dashboard or wallet support - existing customer with an integration question or a wallet operation that did not behave as documented.
  • Billing questions - invoicing, plan changes, payment method updates, or anything that looks wrong on a bill.
  • Technical or integration partnership - you build something Blockchain0x users would value (an agent framework, an MCP marketplace, a developer tool) and you want to talk co-marketing or technical integration.
  • Business partnership or enterprise - procurement, MSA, security review, custom contract requirements, or any conversation that needs human eyes before going further.

Response time, honestly

Most messages get a reply within one business day (we work IST hours, Monday-Friday). Live integration issues from existing customers get same-day attention. We do not staff 24/7 support and we are not going to pretend otherwise; for emergencies outside our working window, email us at [email protected] with "URGENT" in the subject and the next business day morning is the worst-case latency.
